As our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan struggle day-by-day to help war-ravaged people build a new nation, each day they face possible ambush from insurgents hiding among those we’re trying to help.
Please show your appreciation by donating funds to provide gas cards and gift cards to families left behind and phone cards to our deployed troops.
We are doing a series of Chicken Soup for the Military Wife's Soul book signings and events to recognize and reward our Armed Forces and their families for defending our freedom. Events
You or your organization, company, school or church can acknowledge the deployed military from your local area or worldwide by adopting a platoon (30 people), a company (120 people) or a battalion (500 people). Options are to provide them with phone cards (platoon=$600; company=$2400; battalion=$10,000) or three moisture-wicking t-shirts each (platoon=$2250, company=$9000 or battalion=$37,500).
